- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON OVERSIGHT REP. MATT HALL CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Saturday, November 7, 2020 11:00 AM Senate Hearing Room, Ground Floor, Boji Tower The House Oversight Committee was meeting jointly with the Senate Oversight committee. The House Committee on Oversight was called to order by Chair Hall. The Chair requested attendance be called: Present: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, Steven Johnson, LaFave, Schroeder, Cynthia Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Absent: None. Excused: None. Discussion was held between the members of both committees pertaining to the 2020 primary and general elections. Representative Webber moved that the House Oversight Committee authorize the chair, in conjunction with the chair of the Senate Oversight Committee, to issue and have served, a subpoena on the Bureau of Elections to require them to provide this Committee with information and communications related to the 2020 primary and general elections. The motion prevailed 6-3-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hall, Reilly, Webber, Steven Johnson, LaFave, Schroeder. Nays: Reps. Cynthia Johnson, Camilleri, LaGrand. Pass: None. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Michael Webber moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:29 AM. There being no further business before the committee, Senator Theis moved to adjourn the Senate Oversight meeting at 11:29 AM.
