BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-1777 FAX: (517) 373-5871 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 7, 2019 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Agriculture was scheduled for Thursday, February 7, 2019, at 8:30 a.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Adopted the Committee Rules. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman Daley, Sen.(s) Victory, Lauwers, and Polehanki, a quorum was present. The Chairman made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Ananich was excused from the meeting. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Victory to adopt the committee rules. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chairman Daley, Sen.(s) Victory, Lauwers, and Polehanki Nays: None The motion prevailed and the rules were adopted. There being no further business before the committee, the Chairman moved to adjourn the committee.
