BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7708 FAX: (517) 373-1450 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 12, 2019 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Energy and Technology was scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., in the 1100 Room of the Binsfeld Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Presentation by Jerry Norcia, President and Chief Operating Officer of DTE, regarding the 2016 Energy Law. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chairman Lauwers, Sen.(s) Horn, LaSata, Nesbitt, Barrett, Bumstead, Outman, McCann, Brinks, and McMorrow, a quorum was present. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. McCann to adopt the meeting minutes from March 5, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chairman invited Jerry Norcia, President and Chief Operating Officer of DTE, to present testimony regarding the 2016 Energy Law. There being no further business before the committee, the Chairman moved to adjourn the committee.
