Gast Senate Appropriations Room of the Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4694 (Rep. Lilly). 2. Adopted Legislative Transfer Request 2019-4. 3. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Schmidt, supported by Sen. Victory, to adopt the committee meeting minutes from August 28, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. Next, the Chairman invited Ben Green, of Rep. Lilly's office, and Chris Glass of the West Michigan Talent Triangle to summarize HB 4694 for the committee. Next, the Chairman invited Senate Fiscal Director, Chris Harkins, to summarize the Legislative Transfer Request 2019-4 for the committee. The Chairman made a motion, supported by Sen. Hertel, to adopt the Legislative Transfer Request 2019-4.
