The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB 4731 (Rep. Yaroch) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported HB 4485 (S-1) (Rep. Glenn) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. Reported SB 527 (S-1) (Sen. Victory) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Testimony regarding SB 515 (Sen. Barrett). 5. Testimony regarding SB 518 (Sen. Runestad). 6. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the meeting minutes from September 4, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair summarized HB 4731. The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding HB 4731: Troy Hagon, Michigan Department of Transportation – Neutral The Chair made a motion to report HB 4731 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Page 1 of 4 Yeas: Chair Barrett, Sen.(s) LaSata, McBroom, Victory, Outman, Lauwers, Geiss, Bullock, and Hollier Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported.
