The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB 4325 (Rep. Miller) with recommendation and immediate effect. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair VanderWall, Sen.(s) Bizon, Johnson, LaSata, MacDonald, Theis, Brinks, Hertel, Santana, and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon to adopt the meeting minutes from October 10, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Rep. Miller to summarize HB 4325. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair VanderWall, Sen.(s) Bizon, Johnson, LaSata, MacDonald, Theis, Brinks, Hertel, Santana, and Wojno Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported. Page 3 of 4 The Chair made a motion to recommend immediate effect for HB 4325. Without objection, immediate effect was recommended. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
