The agenda summary is as follows: Presentation by the Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDARD) on the 2019 Industrial Hemp Pilot Program. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Daley, Sens. Victory, Lauwers, Ananich and Polehanki, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to give a presentation regarding the MDARD's 2019 Industrial Hemp Pilot Program: Nathan Kark, Gina Alessandri, Craig VanBuren, Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
