BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7670 FAX: (517) 373-5958 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 6, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Advice and Consent was scheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 12:00 noon., in the 1300 Room of the Binsfeld Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. A hearing to consider the appointment of Mr. Stephen F. Adamini and Mr. Todd A. Wyett to the Michigan State Transportation Commission. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lucido, Sen.(s) LaSata, Nesbitt, McBroom and Hertel, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the meeting minutes from the February 5, 2020 meeting. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Mr. Stephen F. Adamini and Mr. Todd A. Wyett to provide the committee with their introductory statements. Member questions followed. A card was read of one individual who did not wish to present testimony regarding the appointment of Mr. Todd A. Wyett: Jon Cool, Michigan Railroad Association - Support There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the meeting.
