The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 669 (S-1) (Sen. VanderWall) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported SB 671 (S-1) (Sen. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:04 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair VanderWall, Sen.(s) Bizon, Johnson, LaSata, MacDonald, Theis, Brinks, Hertel, Santana, and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon to adopt the meeting minutes from February 13, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair offered, and summarized, (S-1) versions to SB 669, SB 671, and SB 674. The Chair made a motion to reconsider the vote by which the (S-1) version of SB 671 was reported. Without objection, the vote was reconsidered. The Chair recessed the committee from 1:16 p.m. to 1:17 p.m. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. MacDonald to report the (S-1) version of SB 671 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
