- HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS REP. ANN BOLLIN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES The House Committee on Appropriations was called to order by Chair Bollin. The House Standing Committee on Appropriations was meeting jointly with the Senate Standing Committee on Appropriations. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Bollin, Maddock, Phil Green, Kelly, Markkanen, Mueller, Slagh, VanWoerkom, Beson, Borton, Roth, Cavitt, DeSana, Kuhn, Steele, Robinson, Farhat, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Price, Snyder and Longjohn. Absent: Rep. Jenkins-Arno. Excused: Rep. Jenkins-Arno. Representative Bollin moved to excuse Rep. Jenkins-Arno from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the Presentation on Governor Whitmer’s Fiscal Year 2025 and 2026 Budget Recommendations before the committee. Director Jen Flood and Deputy Director Kyle Guerrant, representing the Michigan State Budget Office, provided a presentation on Governor Whitmer’s Fiscal Year 2025 and 2026 Budget Recommendations. Questions and discussions followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Bollin adjourned the meeting at 12:30 PM.
