Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4980 (Rep. Leutheuser). 2. Testimony regarding HB 4981 (Rep. Wendzel). 3. Testimony regarding HB 4982 (Rep. Meerman). 4. Testimony regarding HB 4983 (Rep. Rabhi). 5. Testimony regarding HB 4984 (Rep. LaGrand). 6. Testimony regarding HB 4985 (Rep. Gay-Dagnogo). 7. Testimony regarding HB 5120 (Rep. Robinson). The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lucido, Sen (s). VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Runestad, Chang and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Barrett to adopt the meeting minutes from June 4, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair summarized the day's agenda.
