The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Moss to adopt the meeting minutes from June 4, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 820: Sen. Kim LaSata – Support Page 1 of 5 The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding SB 820: David Marvin, Michigan Liquor Control Commission – Support Ryan Ogle, KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 897: Sen. Kim LaSata – Support Matt Moersch, Moersch Hospitality Group – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding SB 897: Bill Zaagman, Michigan Beer and Wine Wholesalers Association – Neutral David Marvin, Michigan Liquor Control Commission – Support Sen. Moss offered an amendment to the (S-1) version of SB 781, identified as Amendment #1. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Moss to adopt Amendment #1 to the (S-1) version of SB 781.
