At that time, the following members were present: Chairman Stamas, Sen.(s) Bumstead, MacGregor, Barrett, Bizon, LaSata, MacDonald, Nesbitt, Outman, Runestad, Schmidt, Victory, Hertel, Hollier, Irwin, Santana, McCann, and Bayer, a quorum was present. The Chairman invited Sen. MacGregor and Rep. Lower to summarize SB 943, HB 5761, and HB 5810. The Chairman offered (S-1) versions to SB 943, HB 5761, and HB 5810. The Chairman invited Sen.
