At that time, the following members were present: Chair Bizon, Sen.(s) Barrett, Runestad, Johnson, Zorn, Bullock, and Alexander, a quorum was present. The Chair invited Rep. Carter and Griff Drew, of Rep. Wozniak's office, to summarize HB 5148 and HB 5149. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bullock to report HB 5148 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Bizon, Sen.(s) Barrett, Runestad, Johnson, Zorn, Bullock, and Alexander Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported.
