The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. MacGregor, supported by Sen. LaSata, to adopt the committee meeting minutes from July 22, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chairman invited Joe Carrasco, of the Senate Fiscal Agency, to summarize the Legislative Transfer Request 2020-6 for the committee. The Chairman entertained a motion from Sen. Barrett, supported by Sen. Bumstead, to adopt the 2020-6 Legislative Transfer Request.
