Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor of the Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 5054 (Rep. Farrington). 2. Testimony regarding HB 5055 (Rep. Calley). 3. Barrett to adopt the meeting minutes from September 1, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Rep. Pagen to summarize HB's 5054 – 5058. The cards were read of those individuals not wishing to present testimony regarding HB's 5054 – 5058: M.
