BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-1760 FAX: (517) 373-3487 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES September 10, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Economic and Small Business Development was scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 1022 (Sen. Schmidt), SB 1023 (Sen. Horn) and SB 1024 (Sen. Theis). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Horn, Sen.(s) VanderWall, MacGregor, Lauwers, Schmidt, LaSata, McMorrow, Geiss and Moss, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata to adopt the minutes from May 19, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted.
