Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 827 (S-1) (Sen. Victory) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported SB 1057 (Sen. VanderWall) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 1058 (Sen. Wojno) with recommendation. 4. Reported HB 4686 (Rep. Ryan Berman) with recommendation and immediate effect. 5. Testimony regarding SB 991 (Sen. Hertel). 6. Testimony regarding SB 82 (Sen. Lucido). 7. Testimony regarding SB 1055 (Sen. Nesbitt). The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, Polehanki and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from September 1, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 827. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, Polehanki, and Wojno. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis to report the (S-1) version of SB 827 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, Polehanki, and Wojno. Nays: None Page 1 of 3 The motion prevailed and the bill was reported. The Chair made a motion to recommend immediate effect for SB 827. Without objection, immediate effect was recommended. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to report SB 1057 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, Polehanki, and Wojno. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to report SB 1058 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
