At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lucido, Sen (s). VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Runestad, Chang and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from September 17, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up HB's 4923 - HB 4924 and invited Christy James, staff of Rep.
