The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 612 (S-1) (Sen. VanderWall) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported HB 5178 (S-2) (Rep. Vaupel) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. Reported HB 5832 (Rep. Whiteford) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Reported SB 813 (Sen. Ananich) with recommendation and immediate effect. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair VanderWall, Sen.(s) Bizon, Johnson, LaSata, MacDonald, Theis, Brinks, Hertel, Santana, and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon to adopt the meeting minutes from September 17, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair offered, and summarized, an (S-1) version to SB 612. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon to adopt the (S-2) version of HB 5178. Bizon to report SB 813 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
