Gast Appropriations Room, 3rd Floor, Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 1046 (S-1) (Sen. Victory). 2. Testimony regarding SB 1047 (S-1) (Sen. Irwin). 3. Testimony regarding SB 1048 (S-1) (Sen. Santana). 4. Testimony regarding SB 1049 (Sen. Chang). 5. Testimony regarding SB 1050 (S-1) (Sen. MacDonald). 6. Testimony regarding SB 1051 (S-1) (Sen. McBroom). 7. Testimony regarding SB 1125 (Sen. Lucido). The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lucido, Sen (s). VanderWall, Barrett, Johnson, Runestad, Chang and Irwin, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from September 23, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up SB's 1046 – 1051 and summarize the bills.
