The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:19 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, Polehanki and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis to adopt the meeting minutes from September 22, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding HB 5217: Rebecca DeVooght, University of Michigan – Support Page 1 of 3 The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the bill was reported.
