BILL SCHUETTE CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Thursday, January 15, 2026 10:30 AM Room 428, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Rules was called to order by Chair Schuette. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Schuette, Aragona, Wendzel, Martin, Posthumus, DeBoer, Witwer, Liberati and Herzberg. Absent: None. Excused: None. Representative Posthumus moved to adopt the meeting minutes from December 16, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4361 before the committee: HB 4361 (Rep.
