BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7840 FAX: (517) 373-3932 **DRAFT** COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES December 3, 2020 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Natural Resources was scheduled for Thursday, December3, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., in Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4567 (Rep. O'Malley). 2. Testimony regarding HB 4568 (Rep. Wendzel). 3. Testimony regarding HB 4569 (Rep. Lilly). The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair McBroom and Sen. McCann, a quorum was not present. The Chair brought up HB's 4567 – 4569. The Chair invited Craig Brunet, Michigan Department of Natural Resources, to provide testimony via Zoom opposing HB's 4567 – 4569, and the proposed amendments. At 3:41 p.m., Sen. Outman entered the meeting. A quorum was now present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Outman to excuse absent members. Without objection, Sen.(s) Bumstead and Schmidt were excused from the meeting. The Chair moved to adopt the meeting minutes from November 5, 2020. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McCann to adjourn the committee at 3:41 p.m. Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
