BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-2426 FAX: (517) 373-2964 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES March 24, 2021 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Families, Seniors, and Veterans was scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., in the 403 Room of the Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4122 (Rep. Glenn). The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Bizon, Sen.(s) Barrett, Runestad, Johnson, Zorn, Bullock and Alexander, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Barrett to adopt the meeting minutes from March 3, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 4122: Fred Schaible, MDMVA – Support Meghann Kite, MAC – Support There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
