Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: Presentation on Line 5 The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lauwers, Sen.(s) Horn, Barrett, Bizon, Schmidt, McCann, McMorrow and Bullock, a quorum was present. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Ohio State Representative Brian Baldridge – Support Stephanie Kromer, Ohio Chamber of Commerce – Support Chris Ventura, Ohio Energy Consumer Alliance – Support The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Barrett to adopt the meeting minutes from April 27, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Schmidt to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) LaSata, Nesbitt, Bumstead and Brinks were excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
