Due to a Senate Session, the Chair called the meeting to order at 2:49 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Johnson, Sen.(s) McBroom, VanderWall, and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. VanderWall to adopt the meeting minutes from May 5, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Sen. Schmidt to summarize SB 300 and SB 301. The Chair invited Sen. Outman to summarize SB 290 – SB 294. The Chair invited Mike Witkowski, of Sen. Victory's office, to summarize SB 295. The Chair invited Marie Manarik, of Sen. Bumstead's office, to summarize SB 309.
