Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 218 (Sen. Theis). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Theis, Sen.(s) Horn, Runestad, Daley, Polehanki and Geiss, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Horn to adopt the meeting minutes from March 17, 2021 and March 16, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 218: Sen.
