Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4445 (Rep. Lightner). 2. Testimony regarding HB 4015 (Rep. Lightner). 3. Testimony regarding HB 4443 (Rep. Lilly) and HB 4444 (Rep. Hertel). The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, Polehanki and Wojno, a quorum was present. The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen. Theis was excused from the meeting. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee. Without objection, the committee was adjourned at 4:02 p.m. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 4015: Rep. Sarah Lightner – Support The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 4445: Rep. Sarah Lightner – Support Barb Farrah, Michigan International Speedway – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding HB 4445: David Marvin, Michigan Liquor Control Commission – Neutral The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding HB 4443 and HB 4444: Page 1 of 2 Rep.
