Page 1 of 5 The Chair made a motion to adopt the meeting minutes from June 8, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. Sen. Theis offered an amendment to SB 405, identified as Amendment #1. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis to adopt Amendment #1 to SB 405. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Nesbitt, Sen.(s) Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, VanderWall, Zorn, Moss, and Wojno. Nays: Sen.(s) Polehanki. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Theis to report the SB 405, as amended as a clean substitute, to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
