ANN BOLLIN CHAIR COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, February 18, 2026 9:00 AM Room 352, State Capitol Building The House Committee on Appropriations was called to order by Chair Bollin. The Chair requested attendance to be called: Present: Reps. Bollin, Phil Green, Jenkins-Arno, Kelly, Markkanen, Mueller, Slagh, VanWoerkom, Beson, Borton, Roth, Cavitt, DeSana, Kuhn, Steele, Robinson, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Farhat, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Price, Snyder and Longjohn. Absent: Rep. Maddock. Excused: Rep. Maddock. The Chair laid the House Fiscal Agency Overview of Fiscal Year 2027-2028 Executive Budget Recommendations before the committee. Mary Ann Cleary, Kevin Koorstra, and Noel Benson, representing the House Fiscal Agency, provided an Overview of Fiscal Year 2027-2028 Executive Budget Recommendations. Questions and discussions followed. Perry Zielak, representing the House Fiscal Agency, approached to answer questions from committee members. Representative Mueller moved to excuse Representative Maddock from the meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent.
