The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 465 (S-3) (Sen. Runestad) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 466 (S-1) (Sen. MacDonald) with recommendation. 3. Reported HB 4700 (Rep. Beson) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Reported HB 4739 (Rep. Fink) with recommendation and immediate effect. 5. Reported HB 4832 (Rep. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata to adopt the meeting minutes from September 29, 2021. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair offered an (S-3) version of SB 465 and an (S-1) version of SB 466. The Chair summarized the (S-3) version of SB 465 and the (S-1) version of SB 466. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McBroom to adopt the (S-3) version of SB 465. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Barrett, Sen.(s) LaSata, McBroom, Victory, Outman, Lauwers, Geiss, Bullock, and Hollier Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-3) was adopted. McBroom to report the (S-3) version of SB 465 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
