The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Presentation by Toyota Motor North America regarding Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Lauwers, Sen.(s) Horn, LaSata, Nesbitt, Barrett, Bumstead, Bizon, Schmidt, Wozniak, McCann, Brinks, McMorrow and Bullock, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Schmidt to adopt the meeting minutes from March 1, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding hydrogen and fuel cell electric vehicles: Jason Sekhon, Advanced Technology Research Consultant, Toyota Motor North America – No Position Karen Johnston, Regional Director of Government Affairs, Toyota Motor North America – No Position Adam Karibian, VP of Technical Planning and Strategy, Toyota Motor North America – No Position Ken Laberteaux, Sr. Principal Scientist, Toyota Motor North America – No Position The following individuals submitted written testimony regarding hydrogen and fuel cell electric vehicles: John Dulmes, Michigan Chemistry Council – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
