Gast Appropriations Room in the State Capitol Building The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 828 (S-4) (Sen. Outman) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Sen. Outman offered an (S-3) version of SB 828. The Chairman invited Sen. Outman to summarize the (S-3) version of SB 828. Ellen Ackerman, and John Maxwell, of the Senate Fiscal Agency, were also available for questions. Sen. Outman offered amendment #1 to the (S-3) version of SB 828. The Chairman invited Sen. Outman to summarize amendment #1 to the (S-3) version of SB 828. The Chairman entertained a motion by Sen. Outman, supported by Sen. MacDonald, to adopt the Outman amendment #1 to the (S-3) version of SB 828.
