The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 972 (S-2) (Sen. Barrett) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported SB 973 (S-2) (Sen. Nesbitt) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. Reported SB 974 (S-3) (Sen. Lauwers) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Reported SB 1029 (S-1) (Sen. Victory) with recommendation and immediate effect. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Barrett, Sen.(s) LaSata, McBroom, Victory, Outman, Lauwers, Wozniak, Geiss, Bullock, and Hollier, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata to adopt the meeting minutes from May 11, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair summarized SB 972 – SB 974. The Chair offered, and summarized, (S-2) versions of SB 972 and SB 973. Sen. Lauwers offered an (S-3) version of SB 974. The Chair summarized the (S-3) version of SB 974.
