Gast Appropriations Room. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Stamas, Sen.(s) Bumstead, Barrett, Bizon, LaSata, MacDonald, Outman, Runestad, Schmidt, Victory, Daley, Huizenga, Hertel, Bayer, Hollier, Irwin, McCann and Santana, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bumstead, supported by Sen. Schmidt, to adopt the meeting minutes from May 11, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Barrett, supported by Sen. Hollier, to adopt the (S-1) version of HB 5732. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Stamas, Sen.(s) Bumstead, Barrett, Bizon, LaSata, MacDonald, Outman, Runestad, Schmidt, Victory, Daley, Huizenga, Hertel, Bayer, Hollier, Irwin, McCann, and Santana. Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. LaSata, supported by Sen. Daley, to report the (S-1) version of HB 5732 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Stamas, Sen.(s) Bumstead, Barrett, Bizon, LaSata, MacDonald, Outman, Runestad, Schmidt, Victory, Daley, Huizenga, Hertel, Bayer, Hollier, McCann, and Santana. Huizenga, to report the (S-5) version of SB 78 to the floor with recommendation that it pass.
