The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bizon to adopt the meeting minutes from June 16, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair summarized SB 1057. Page 1 of 6 The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding SB 1057: Angela Madden, Michigan Association of Ambulance Services – Support The Chair read the cards of those individuals not wishing to testify before the committee regarding SB 1057: Christine Shearer, Michigan Association of Health Plans – Support The Chair offered an (S-1) version of HB 4075 and an (S-2) version of HB 4076. The Chair invited Rep. LaFave to summarize the (S-1) version of HB 4075 and the (S-2) version of HB 4076.
