The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair McBroom, Sen.(s) Wozniak, Irwin and Chang, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Irwin to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sen.(s) Theis and Bizon were excused from the meeting. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Wozniak to adopt the meeting minutes from November 29, 2022. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Sen. McBroom – No Position Pamela Drew, Citizen – No Position The Chair invited the following individuals to present testimony regarding Chair McBroom letter – No Position There being no further business before the committee, the Chair entertained a motion by Sen.
