The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Adopted the Committee Rules. 2. Reported SB 3 (S-5) (Sen. McDonald Rivet) with recommendation. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Santana, Cavanagh, Bayer, Shink, Chang, Cherry, Geiss, Lindsey, Hoitenga, and Damoose, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Santana to adopt the committee rules. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Irwin, Sen.(s) Santana, Cavanagh, Bayer, Shink, Chang, Cherry, Geiss, Hoitenga, and Damoose Nays: Sen. Lindsey The motion prevailed and the rules were adopted.
