BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7800 FAX: (517) 373-9310 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES January 24, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure was scheduled for Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., in the Senate Hearing Room of the Boji Tower. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Adopted the Committee Rules. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Geiss, Sen.(s) Klinefelt, Wojno, Hertel, Camilleri, Chang, McCann, Bellino, Victory, Bumstead, and McBroom, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bellino to adopt the committee rules. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Geiss, Sen.(s) Klinefelt, Wojno, Hertel, Camilleri, Chang, McCann, Bellino, Victory, Bumstead, and McBroom Nays: None The motion prevailed and the rules were adopted. The Chair made welcoming remarks and discussed upcoming committee topics. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
