BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-7800 FAX: (517) 373-9310 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 7, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure was scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., in the 403 Room of the Capitol Building. The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Presentation by HNTB. The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:31 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Geiss, Sen.(s) Klinefelt, Wojno, Hertel, Camilleri, Chang, McCann, Bellino, Victory, Bumstead, and McBroom, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Bellino to adopt the meeting minutes from January 31, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Eric Morris, HNTB Michigan Office Leader and Project Manager of the Michigan Tolling Study, Ron Davis, HNTB Deputy Project Manager, and Kari Martin, MDOT Project Manager, to give a presentation regarding the HNTB statewide tolling feasibility study. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair moved to adjourn the committee.
