The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 2 (Sen. Geiss) with recommendation and immediate effect. 2. Reported SB 37 (Sen. Bayer) with recommendation and immediate effect. 3. Reported SB 38 (Sen. Chang) with recommendation and immediate effect. 4. Reported SB 39 (Sen. Geiss) with recommendation and immediate effect. 5. Reported SB 93 (Sen. Anthony) with recommendation and immediate effect. The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:32 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Hertel, Sen.(s) Santana, Wojno, Cherry, Klinefelt, Geiss, Webber, Hauck, Huizenga, and Runestad, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Klinefelt to adopt the meeting minutes from February 1, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Sen. Geiss to summarize SB 2, SB 37, SB 38, SB 39, and SB 93.
