Shink to adopt the meeting minutes from March 2, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up SB's 76-86. Page 1 of 8 The Chair offered amendment #1 to SB 76. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Shink to adopt amendment #1 to SB 76. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Chang, Sen.(s) Shink, Wojno, Irwin, Santana, Runestad and Johnson Nays: None The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted. The Chair offered an (S-1) version of SB 76. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Wojno to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 76, as amended. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Chang, Sen.(s) Shink, Wojno, Irwin, Santana, Runestad and Johnson Nays: None The motion prevailed and the (S-1) was adopted. Sen.
