The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB 4250 (Rep. Koleszar) with recommendation. 2. Reported HB 4251 (Rep. T. Carter) with recommendation. 3. Reported HB 4252 (Rep. Mueller) with recommendation. 4. Testimony regarding HB 4202 (Rep. Pohutsky). 5. Testimony regarding SB 90 (Sen. Anthony). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Chang, Sen.(s) Shink, Wojno, Irwin, Santana, Runestad and Johnson, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Shink to adopt the meeting minutes from April 27, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up HB’s 4250-4252, and invited Rep. Koleszar to summarize the bills.
