The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported SB 209 (S-2) (Sen. Anthony) with recommendation. 2. Reported SB 210 (S-2) (Sen. Anthony) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 211 (S-2) (Sen. Shink to adopt the meeting minutes from June 13, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair brought up the SB’s 209-217, and SB 246.
