The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 271 (Sen. Geiss). 2. Testimony regarding SB 272 (Sen. Shink). 3. Testimony regarding SB 273 (Sen. Singh). 4. Testimony regarding SB 274 (Sen. Shink). 5. Testimony regarding SB 276 (Sen. Bayer). 6. Testimony regarding SB 277 (Sen. McDonald Rivet). The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair McCann, Sen.(s) McDonald Rivet, Singh, Bayer, Shink, Hertel, Camilleri, Chang, Polehanki, Lauwers, Damoose, Outman, Hauck, and Bellino, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Singh to adopt the meeting minutes from May 24, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Sen.(s) Singh and Shink to summarize SB 271 through SB 277.
