The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Reported HB 4377 (Rep. Carter) with recommendation. 2. Reported HB 4378 (Rep. Neeley) with recommendation. 3. Reported SB 331 (Sen. Hertel) with recommendation. 4. Testimony regarding SB 483 (Sen. Camilleri), SB 484 (Sen. Klinefelt) and SB 485 (Sen. McDonald Rivet). The Chair called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Moss, McCann, Bayer, Irwin, Huizenga, Theis and Daley, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Moss to adopt the meeting minutes from September 13, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Moss to report HB 4377 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Moss, McCann, Bayer, and Irwin. Nays: Sen.(s) Huizenga, Theis, and Daley. The motion prevailed and the bill was reported. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. McCann to report HB 4378 to the floor with recommendation that it pass. The vote was as follows: Yeas: Chair Cavanagh, Sen.(s) Moss, McCann, Bayer, and Irwin. Nays: Sen.(s) Huizenga, Theis, and Daley. The motion prevailed and the bill was reported.
