BOX 30036 LANSING, MICHIGAN 48909-7536 PHONE: (517) 373-6960 FAX: (517) 373-0897 COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES September 19, 2023 A meeting of the Senate Committee on Senate Fiscal Agency Governing Board was scheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., in the Harry T. Gast Appropriations Room. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.. She instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Anthony, Sen.(s) Brinks, McCann, Nesbitt and Bumstead, a quorum was present. SFA Director Kathryn Summers provided documents and an update to Governing Board members. Governing Board members approved SFA FY 2023-24 Pay Classification Structure, contracts over $5,000, and changes to the SFA Administrative Rules. There being no further business before the committee, the Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. McCann, to adjourn the committee at 8:47 a.m.Without objection, the committee was adjourned.
