The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding HB 4608 (Rep. Pohutsky). The Chair called the meeting to order at 12:33 p.m. He instructed the Clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Hertel, Sen.(s) Santana, Wojno, Cherry, Klinefelt, Geiss, Webber, Hauck, Huizenga, and Runestad, a quorum was present. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cherry to adopt the meeting minutes from February 7, 2024. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Rep. Pohutsky to summarize HB 4608.
