The Chair made a motion, supported by Sen. Cherry, to adopt the meeting minutes from May 2, 2023. Without objection, the minutes were adopted. The Chair invited Sen. Cavanagh and Nathan Leaman, of the Senate Fiscal Agency, to summarize SB 764 and the (S-1) version of SB 764. The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Cavanagh, supported by Sen. Irwin, to adopt the (S-1) version of SB 764.
